But to the expert, the connoisseur and even the food lover, the term implies that you have a little Van Gogh in you coupled with a bit of Brangelina; flair and chemistry.

Wine and food pairing is the process of matching food dishes with wine to enhance the dining experience. In many cultures, wine has had a long history of being a staple at the dinner table, and in some ways both the winemaking and culinary traditions of a region will have evolved together over the years.

The restaurant seats more than 150 people and is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from Monday to Saturday, as well Sunday for Breakfast & Lunch, Sunday eve closed.

All forms of outside catering is available, while the German Master butcher/chef can be booked to train kitchen staff in hygiene, food handling, buffets and catering.
