The restaurant is next to the Alpine Inn, a 3-star graded Hotel in Blanco that is part of the same business. The restaurant is for the people. "Schwabinger Stuben is a welcoming, hearty sort of place where people can feel at home and have a good time. The food is traditional German home cooking, the portions are very large and the prices extremely reasonable. The SPECIALITY dish is Eisbein and the Schwabinger Stuben has a large variety of rustic German dishes to choose from."
Schwabinger Stuben also has a beer garden with its own bar and pizza oven where they prepare pizza, spare ribs and bake German bread. They could be corporate events, a garden wedding reception, or even a family fun day. The Schwabinger Stuben can prepare a full 5 course meal or keep it as simple as a spit braai.
