The Pink Tree Market in George started in June 2011 as a quarterly market and has grown to one of the most popular markets in the Garden Route. The Market now takes place on a monthly basis! The Pink Tree Market is the brainchild of Laetitia Kotze and Cleressa Pretorius. These remarkable ladies identified the need for a platform for them and other creative people to have an offset point for their unique home made products. The market is run with job creation in the George area as main focus.

Handmade Décor and Gifts in George

At the Pink Tree Market in George visitors will find on average between 55 and 70 exhibitors. All exhibitors are people manufacturing unique products from their homes on small scale. Products include yummy food and home baked products, beautiful handmade décor, arts, crafts, gifts, clothing, jewelry and more. Exhibitors are selected according to strict criteria to ensure that all products are unique and of the highest quality. Products available at the Pink Tree Market are not sold in general retail shops.

Pink Tree Craft Market in George

The first Saturday of each month is Pink Tree Market day. You are invited to visit this craft market in Caledon Street on the grounds of the Presbyterian Church next to the library in George from 09:00 to 15:00 on the following dates. Credit/debit card facilities are available for your convenience. Entrance is free and everyone is welcome! Just follow the pink trees!
