The venues at the Herolds Bay Eco Resort are out of the ordinary, have lots of character, great ambiance, stunning sea views and are ideally suited for weddings. The Resort also offers four self-catering accommodation units.

Down to Earth Venue at Herolds Bay Eco Resort

The Down to Earth venue at the Herolds Bay Eco Resort, constructed out of clay, straw, wood and stained glass, has a rugged but stylish interior with yellow wood tables and blackwood chairs. The catering is mostly traditional country style dishes but your personal requirements can be met. This venue can seat up 100 guests.

The Bush Lapa Venue near George

The Bush Lapa is set in an African rustic theme and is available for weddings, functions, birthday parties or any other event. The unique open-air venue allows guests to sit around the fire and gaze at the stars. An intimate stage provides the perfect setting for a host of local artists to display their musical talents. The menu includes oxtail and lamb potjies served with a variety of vegetable dishes or an authentic South African spitbraai. The Bush Lapa venue at Herolds Bay near George can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Each of the four self-catering accommodation units at the Herold’s Bay Eco Resort has a private entrance and patio. The tastefully decorated units are equipped with modern amenities and outdoor braai facilities are available.
